About On Track Consulting, LLC (OTC)

 

 

 

 

OTC was founded by David Zemel following 30 years of experience in nonprofit organizations. His backgound includes direct services, management, planning, development and work with several grant-making charities and foundations.

 

While working for two private foundations, Zemel helped design international, national and regional initiatives resulting in awards in excess of $400 million. He has reviewed thousands of program and capital applications and provided training workshops, individual coaching assistance and college coursework on program planning, special events and grantwriting.

 

Zeme has managed six successful United Way campaigns as Executive Director of the United Way of Bartholomew County (Columbus, IN) and helped plan and support several other campaigns as Vice President for Planning & Research at the United Way in St. Louis (MO). He has taught a variety of Human Services courses (part-time) at the St. Louis Community Colleges and a marketing & development course at the George Warren Brown School of Social Work at Washington University in St. Louis. He has an MSW from Washington University and a BS in Education from the University of Missouri at Columbia.

 

He has recently sereved on the boards of the Community Service Council of Greater Tulsa, Volunteer Central of Greater Tulsa, The Iron Gate and the Eastern OK Chapter of the  Association of Fundraisng Professionals (AFP). See "More on Zemel" for a recent resume.
